Shipping policy

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
All of our products are made to order. Our lead times are approximately 10-14 days (unless timeline negotiated prior). Orders are shipped using The Courier Guy at a flat rate of R150 however if a parcel is greater than 1kg or dimensions do not fit a Shipper packet then courier will be quoted on. 

We do not deliver to a PO BOX. Once your order has been shipped, Something Suite cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. Please note that Something Suite can not be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our care. We take extensive care in making sure that all our packages are securely packed and inspected before being sent.
